On My Way Out

It’s been several years since my husband and I have taken a vacation so we decided that this year it was time for a big trip! Several months ago we booked a week-long trip to St. Lucia and it’s almost time to go! The past few months have flown by with the holidays and busy work schedules—I can’t believe the time is already here.
I’ve already started making lists to get prepared. I made a list of clothing items for each of us as well as a list of things to do the day we leave down to setting our Best Home Security system as we walk out the door. My husband laughs at me but with everything else we have going on it’s easy to forget something and I don’t want my vacation spirit dampened by my wondering if I forgot something on my way out of the country!
